So, yes, this is my entry! I know, I make a lot of mistakes, but the idea of it is still there! I want to describe it as well, so people catch the idea of it!
Described:
So, the hat fabric, stuff, would be a plain blue color. On the, hat(?) part, there would be what looks like a waterfall, and on the bottom of the waterfall would be surrounded by rocks. And a small seashell on the front!
(PS. the black line was a mistake, it shouldn't be part of the design)
